BIO: Fred Shrum, III is the author of Tourist Trap and Psalms of the Street Sweeper. He is also the EIC of Skyway Journal. Fred was born near Washington, D.C. and grew up in Florida. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida at Tampa. He enjoys Take Kwon Do, the beach, tacos, music , baseball and all things crime.
